It’s personal.

From my perspective, getting your face painted is self care. It's an experience like no other. It can be masculine or feminine and there is no age restriction. You get to choose the art, or give the freedom to your artist to make you something even more unique. It’s personal; a display of your imagination and creativity.

It’s creative.

face painting affords us a unique kind of expression. One that we can wash off, and do all over again.

It’s for everyone.

Face painting has been traced back to Paleolithic times and has been used for rituals, such as coming-of-age ceremonies, funeral rites, hunting, and many more culturally significant practices. Even today, face painting is still used in military combat, and some sports.

It’s for every occasion.

Face painting isn't just for kids' parties. Once, I got an unexpected invite to a gathering after a funeral. The family wanted dragonflies, their loved one's favorite, as a tribute. It turned out to be a beautiful way to remember, bringing comfort to the family and letting parents find solace while the kids celebrated under my watchful eye. Face painting isn't just about colors on faces; it's about creating moments, even in tough times, helping hearts heal one brush stroke at a time.
