Shipping Costs for Printful Items
All Printful products use flat-rate shipping to ensure consistent pricing. These fees are collected at checkout and are based on the item type and quantity. I’ve set these manually to match Printful’s average fulfillment costs since Printful charges me separately at the time of shipment. If your order requires more shipping than estimated, I’ll cover the difference and your price will stay the same.
I am aware of the high cost of shipping for smaller items like stickers, unfortunately I think this is a common standard, but please note that I am looking to change printers if it means reducing your cost! I hope to be able to offer a more affordable alternative in the near future.
Hand made, or limited edition stock
Shipping via UPS will be available in the near future. - BUT
I offer local delivery within the Kansas City metro area for handmade items.
A $5.00 delivery fee applies and will be shown at checkout.
Deliveries are made on weekends, or when I’m available for order fulfillment. I will contact you to schedule a drop-off window.
You must provide a safe and accessible location for delivery.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
For Printful orders, please contact me immediately if you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item. I will coordinate with Printful on your behalf.
For handmade items, contact me within 7 days of delivery to report any issues.
Returns & Exchanges
Printful Items
Most Printful items are made to order and are final sale unless damaged or defective.
Contact me within 7 days of delivery if there is a printing error or damage. Eligible returns will be handled through Printful’s policies.
Handmade Items
Returns are accepted on non-custom, unused handmade items within 14 days of delivery.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after I receive and inspect the return.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for handmade items if stock allows.
Printful items cannot be exchanged unless damaged or misprinted.
